The best beaches

Here are our favourite beaches all over the island:

Esquinzo beach

Golden sand beach surrounded by cliffs in the north of Fuerteventura. It is located 6 km from El Cotillo and is the perfect place to surf or relax in the sun, it's a marvel!

Donkey beach

Long beach of fine golden sand located in the Natural Park of Corralejo Dunes, off the coast of Lanzarote and Lobos Island. It is the perfect place for those who want to start surfing.

Leeward Beach

Long beach with white sand and turquoise waters in the southeast of Fuerteventura. It is one of the best windsurfing spots in the Canary Islands and is perfect for all levels!

Cofete Beach

It is a totally wild landscape, which gives a feeling of true freedom. Although the way to the beach is a bit complicated, it is undoubtedly the most spectacular beach on the island.

Beaches and caves of ajuy

Ajuy is a small fishing village known for its unique caves and its beautiful volcanic sand beach.

cotillo lakes

A series of natural beaches that are located at the exit of the village of El Cotillo, on the road to the lighthouse, and end at the Playa de la Concha.
*We recommend going at low tide.

The shell and the little port

On the island of Lobos you will find one of the best beaches of the island, with white sand and calm and transparent waters. You can also take a dip in the natural pools of Puertito with incredible blue and crystalline waters.

La Concha Beach

A beach next to the town of El Cotillo. It is one of the favorites of many for being a beach of white sand and turquoise water that has a natural reef that protects it from the outside waves. Here it is always possible to take a dip in a sea that seems to be a natural pool.

the mills

A small and magical traditional fishing village.
In the same port of the mills, you will find "Las Bohemias del amor" a curious restaurant where we recommend a stop.
